  • ODR Support (admin) verifies and email gets automatically generated 3 times to the Respondent with the Service Provider authorizing the email.)
  • Respondent accepts the invitation to take part in the ODR Process and he will be taken to the sign-up page to get his login details.
  • History taking notes of activities from the petitioner filing the case and till the resolution ends
  • Details get transferred over to the concerned Service Provider.
  • Nominated Mediator/Arbitrator sends email to the Petitioner and Respondent through www.mediatoraffair.com

The file is verified and email gets generated to be forwarded to the opposite party/respondent Three continuous emails to the Respondent but on alternative days

The intimation to the Claimant/Plaintiff about the status (whether Respondent has accepted the resolution offer or not within two week of the submission of the case) by means of SMS & Email


Again a Email or SMS will be forwarded to both parties to schedule a date for Preliminary Meeting (Online Mediation)/Terms of Reference (online Arbitration)


Afterwards the procedural steps of each segment of Dispute Resolution and Conflict Solution (e-Counseling) will have to be followed.


Then the plaintiff and respondent have to undergo the Case Management Process of respective Dispute Resolutions and Conflict Solution (e-Counseling) Methods.
